- What happens when public land and lake areas for hunting, fishing, boating and other outdoor recreational areas are gone or the lake level is too low to use several boat launching ramps and boat slips?
- We promote the protection of natural resources and compatible development based on factual information, full public disclosure and participation.
- We represent the silent majority of citizens from Texas, Oklahoma and other states concerned about the lake. We say enough is enough!
- We urge you to become involved in issues affecting the lake and provide this site as a focal point for information and action.
- As a Citizen for Lake Texoma , a non-profit group of volunteers; we want to preserve the natural resources of Lake Texoma for you, me and future generations.

- To preserve the natural resources of Lake Texoma for future generations and coordinated development according to a sound plan.
- We are committed to requiring a full Environment Impact Statement and other plans for the entire lake as a scientific and factual basis for discussion and evaluation of any further development.
- The current focus is on protecting the eastern shore of Little Mineral Bay and Butterfly, Pump House (water intake) and Little Mineral Coves as a first step in a comprehensive lake-wide plan to prevent loss of critical federal hunting land, fishing areas, coves and beaches currently controlled and protected by the Corps of Engineers zoning and classification system.
- We seek to create awareness among hunters, fishermen, boaters and recreational users that the fight against incompatible development and excessive lake water removal and chloride reduction is just the tip of the iceberg for similar actions around the lake.
- We hope you will become involved and let the Corps of Engineers, representatives and recreation organizations know your opinion. We provide background resources, form letters and contact information on this site to assist you in helping to protect Lake Texoma.
