Lake Texoma West End Development

Paw Paw Creek Marina

Double Diamond Resorts has purchased the existing Paw Paw Creek Marina and several hundred acres of adjacent land for future residential and resort development.

Note that Double Diamond Resorts purchased an existing commercial marina with a franchise instead of trying to use the tactic of constructing new private community type boat houses with a large number of boat slips and calling it a marina. See Private Boathouse Myth under Viewpoints.

The Paw Paw Creek Marina is located west of the Willis Bridge on the Red River arm of Lake Texoma.

Double Diamond Resorts has developed other areas as indicated on their web site www.ddresorts.com  The development has not been added to their web site yet.

Texoma Marina (formerly Rock Creek Marina)

Marine Quest has purchased the Rock Creek Marina located west of the Willis Bridge on the Red River arm of Lake Texoma. Major improvements have been made. Their web site is www.marinequest.net
